I have been using blogs as a marketing tool for about a year, and I am very happy with the results. I generally will set up a WordPress blog around a central theme. I use one niche per blog. I start out with general keyword posts, and narrow the scope to long tail keywords with smaller amounts of competition. By targeting keywords in each post, I am receiving searches from people looking for precise information, and the chances that they will actually read the post, and click on my offer are greatly increased.
